The Government of Bihar is committed to ensuring that the Sahyog Portal - RTMS and RTI Online Portals are accessible and user-friendly for all citizens, especially Persons with Disabilities. Our objective is to ensure that every user can access digital services without any discrimination.

Users may also register their issue through the helpdesk details provided on the portal.
The Government of Bihar periodically updates and tests the portal to improve accessibility. Necessary improvements are made based on user feedback.
